Let's start by saying that the food is great! It's a simple and effective menu giving even the vegetarian(my wife) options. The interior is vibrant and it's obvious that the company is MISSION DRIVEN! Love this aspect of the concept. I've had the pleasure of being served by Alyson the last two times I have been in. She's very pleasant and has an "above and beyond" level of service. Back when my wife and I were in Restaurant Ops, we would've sniped her!! At any rate, the service, atmosphere, food quality and overall vibe is awesome. One of my personal caveats: I'm not a big fan of the "puffy" shell they use on a few tacos. Just know that you can order them with regular flour or steamed corn shells instead (and they'll do it with a smile!). Get your butts in here. . .STAT.

Probably my favortite taco restaurant in the area. Great beef tacos and love their shrimp tempura tacos. The chips and guacamole/ queso are always very fresh. Customer service here is hit or miss.

Staff seemed friendly, but since it was during lunch time I didn't get much help figuring out the menu and all the options. There are several different options to choose from. The concept is good with helping to provide a meal to poverty stricken countries. I do feel the price is a little high for what you get.

We just arrived in town and needed somewhere quick for a late dinner. It was late on a Thursday night and the place was not crowded. We ordered the dine and dips and thought this was a great deal! We loved the variety of tacos and liked every kind we tried. The tacos were all very full and filling! The services was great as our food came really quickly and everything was correct! The place was really new and clean looking. We want a Tacos 4 Life to open in St. Louis!

Tuesday special was 6 tacos and a large queso for &19.99. Ordered ground beef, chicken bacon ranch, chipotle steak, fried chicken, Mandi grilled chicken and all were very good. Some were soft shell and others puffy. Queso was also very good. Service was .

Added 03.01.24: The young man (I wish I'd gotten his name) who served us today was amazing. I never saw anyone else working with him. He was polite and informative and even brought us a to-go container even though we could have easily gotten it ourselves from its location by the soda machine. He was also constantly cleaning, washing tables and sweeping, when he was not helping customers. So impressed!

Food 4/5: Two Taco Combo (Fried Chicken Tacos with Chips and Queso) * The tacos were delicious, juicy, and have great flavor. The savory chicken paired with the sweet honey is a good combination which surprised me. * The chips and queso were good. The chips had a great crunch and salted well. The queso paired well with the chips and served slightly below hot. Service 4/5 * After ordering your food, they provide you a number that you place on your table and they bring you your food which I appreciated it. * The worker at the register was nice and respectful. * After you are done eating, they will come and take your plates so you don't have to get up and bring it anywhere which was nice. Ambiance 4/5 * The setting was relaxing and calm. * There weren't many people in the establishment, and the talking volume was a relatively low. Overall 4/5. I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. I would recommend coming to this location and having some good tacos. I will definitely be returning to order more food from their menu.

Tried out Tacos 4 Life a few months back while running errands.  I utilized the drive-thru and ordered a Southwest Rice Bowl {black beans, roasted corn, avocado, pico de gallo, cheddar-jack cheese on cilantro pesto rice} but removed the cheese and added seared tofu.  I ordered the full size, but the portion was quite generous, so I'll probably order the half-size next time.   There's a helpful nutrition guide online that indicates which items have dairy, egg, gluten, and soy.  Based on this, the seared tofu, guacamole, black beans, and cilantro pesto rice, seem to be vegan-friendly.  I imagine a couple other items can be modified to be vegan by removing cheese, but otherwise the non-vegan options are fairly obvious.  The nutrition guide also lists two other options that do not have dairy/egg, the "Tropical Bowl" and "Tropical Salad", but I'm not seeing that option on the actual menu (for the OP location at least). Overall, this is a solid option if you're in the area!
